Water gushed into a subway platform after intense rainfall over New York caused severe flooding in the city. Authorities have issued several flash flood warnings across the New York City metropolitan area. An eyewitness video showed floodwater surging onto the platform of 28th Street Station as passengers watched from inside a train car.
