A rare weather phenomenon has been caught on camera in Seychelles capital Victoria. The condition is called gustnado, which is a small and usually weak whirlwind which forms as an eddy in thunderstorm outflows. Because gustnados have a spinning dust cloud at the ground level, they are often wrongly mistaken for tornados. The phenomenon took place at the Gordon Square football pitch earlier today. Luckily onlookers from various locations were able to film the images on their mobile phones. Source
